The staff was incredibly friendly and easily helped me switch my room when the AC didn’t work. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere while working on my research project.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the service and comfort, I found it acceptable.

The best part of my stay was the easy stroll to Sweetwater Park, where I loved enjoying the lush green spaces, and having delicious pizza a few steps away at Leonardo's Pizza by the Slice made my exploration all the more enjoyable. perfect for someone who likes to wander and discover new places.

our stay at the holiday inn was really great! the beds were super comfortable, and the location is perfect, just steps from the campus. also, the front desk staff was very professional and friendly, making us feel welcome. having a fridge and microwave in the room was a nice touch, too!

It was just a balanced option for a quick break in Gainesville with very good value for money. The AC unit was loud, but at least it kept the room cool enough during the hot days. Make sure to check if your keycard works before lugging your bags upstairs.

I absolutely adored my stay! The rooftop pool offered stunning views and a perfect spot to unwind after exploring. Plus, having delicious meals right at Piesanos connected to the hotel made it super convenient and enjoyable!

Location is perfect for visiting UF. The room had air conditioning, a microwave, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Facilities include a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff was quick to help with any issues. Piesanos next door had good food too.

I was impressed by the welcoming staff and the beautifully decorated lobby featuring lovely votive candles and decorative lanterns, which made for a warm atmosphere. The accessible amenities made it easy to navigate the hotel comfortably.

More accessible seating options would be helpful.

Staying here with my large family and four babies was manageable thanks to the excellent location near UF and the convenience of having a pizza place right in the lobby. We also loved the close access to great parks and local attractions, making our visit enjoyable.

My wife says that a free breakfast would be a game-changer for families with kids. The lack of options made it challenging with little ones.

The room was a bit outdated and kinda dreary. The air conditioning unit was super loud and didn’t really cool the room much, it felt stale. Fixtures looked grungy, and the bathroom stuff like shampoo was tiny. Toilet had some flushing issues. Comfy enough beds, though, so that helped a bit. The best part was definitely the location since it was so easy to get to UF and the nearby Publix for snacks.
